New ICCA Publicity Committee Chair

We are delighted to announce Dr. Vicki Chi-Hsuan Chiu (Professor, Hsuan Chuang University, Taiwan) is the newly appointed ICCA Publicity Committee Chair, starting September 1, 2026.

Dr. Vicki Chiu (PhD., Queensland University of Technology) is also the director of the Taipei Chapter of the IAA (International Advertising Association) and the chairperson of the Alumni Association of the College of Communication at Ming Chuan University. She previously served as Dean of Research and Development and Dean of the College of Communication at Hsuan Chuang University, Chairperson of the Department of Advertising at Ming Chuan University, Chairperson of the Youth Association of the Taipei Chapter of the IAA (International Advertising Association), a director of the Information Society Research Association, an advisor to Huai Ran Digital Co., Ltd., and a brand advisor for YOZAI (a health and beauty brand).

Dr. Chiu's academic expertise lies in communication management, cultural and creative industries, new media, persuasive communication, and public relations and marketing. She has participated in eight research projects across Taiwan and mainland China and has published over 30 SSCI, TSSCI, academic journal articles, and book manuscripts. She also has over 20 years of experience in marketing and public relations, having worked on projects for the Mainland Affairs Council, the Hakka Affairs Council, the New Taipei City Cultural Affairs Bureau, the Hsinchu City Cultural Affairs Bureau, the Science Park Administration, the TSMC Education Foundation, and AU Optronics, among others.
