Congratulations to the authors of six papers accepted to the ICCA panel at the 108th Annual AEJMC conference in San Francisco, USA from August 7 to 10, 2025! This year we received many high-quality papers. The acceptance rate is 37.5% after a rigorous blind-review process.

As in the past, ICCA will hold a competitive research paper session at the AEJMC conference. You are invited to contribute to this ICCA session.

The International Chinese Communication Association (ICCA, 國際中華傳播學會) is organizing a series of webinars called "Solidarity Symposia" to facilitate collaboration and mutual support during the COVID-19 crisis. C-Centre is a co-organizer for this webinar series. Please see below for the first event, to be held next Thursday morning (Hong Kong time), which will be about comparative health communication research using survey and content analysis. This first event will be in Mandarin Chinese, but in the future there will also be English-language ICCA webinars. Please stay tuned.

ICCA four awards call for nominations and applications
The International Chinese Communication Association (ICCA) invites nominations for the Outstanding Graduate Student Teaching Award. To be eligible for this award, the nominee must be a 1) graduate student who served as an instructor of record, and 2) an ICCA member to receive this award. The award will be conferred during the annual conference of International Communication Association in Gold Coast, Australia in May 2020.
