Past Leadership
The International Chinese Communication Association (ICCA) is led by its Steering Committee (also known as the Executive Committee), a body defined by the ICCA Constitution. Since the association’s second year, the constitution has mandated that all committee members serve two-year terms, a structure designed to foster long-term planning and effective governance.
The committee's membership is structured to balance representation with executive efficiency. The four primary officers are elected by the membership, ensuring that the association's leadership reflects the will of its community. Supporting these officers is the Immediate Past President, who serves as an ex-officio member to ensure a smooth transition of power. Additionally, the President holds the authority to appoint other key positions to the committee, allowing the leadership team to adapt to new challenges.
