New ICCA steering committee members: ICCA Newsletter Editor. Starting from April 1, 2026

We are pleased to announce that Dr. Xueying Zhang (Associate Professor at North Carolina A&T State University)) is the newly appointed ICCA Newsletter Editor.

Xueying Zhang (Ph.D., University of Alabama) is an Associate Professor in the Department of Journalism and Mass Communication at North Carolina A&T State University. Her research focuses on strategic communication, with emphasis on risk & crisis communication and consumer activism. Her work has appeared in leading peer-reviewed journals such as Journal of Business Research, Mass Communication & Society, Public Relations Review, and Health Communication. Before coming back to academics, she used to work at CCTV.com, the website for Central China Television as a reporter and editor.
