2022 NCA/CCA has successfully held three research sessions: “Impact of health information seeking and social influences: Evidence from China during Pandemic,” “Interpersonal communication and digital media in China,” and “Social media and online communication in China” on 18-19 Nov. 2022. We had 18 papers (7 on-site presentations & 11 virtual presentations) with diverse topics and various methods. The presentations were professional and well-done. Three sessions were chaired by CCA VP Dr. Lu Tang (Texas A&M University), NCA/CCA conference chair Dr. Shaohai Jiang (National University of Singapore) and Dr. Trisha Lin, ICA/CCA conference chair and social media committee chair (National Chengchi University & Harvard Yenching/Fulbright visiting scholar 2022-2023).
