The International Chinese Communication Association (ICCA) is governed by a dedicated Steering Committee composed of distinguished scholars from leading universities worldwide. Currently led by President Dr. Trisha T. C. Lin (National Chengchi University) and Vice President Dr. Yunya Song (Hong Kong University of Science and Technology), the committee serves as the executive body responsible for the association's strategic direction, academic initiatives, and daily operations. The leadership team includes dedicated chairs for research conferences (ICA, AEJMC, NCA), awards, membership, and publicity, working collaboratively to foster a vibrant and connected global community of communication scholars.
